FYP I and FYP II Schedule and Instruction
Dear Students,
Sorry for the delay. Please download this notice and instruction regarding the upcoming FYP I and FYP II here
In the notice there are 2 things that u need to read carfully:
a) your presentation time slot
b) what you need to do for your presentation and the tentative schedule, date and instruction for submission.
Failure to do so will lead to your disqualification and automatic "F".

Welcome Young Engineers Cum Scientists
Dear Students,
Sorry for the delay. There was some problem with the blog which i have to edit manually.
This is the FYP Student-Supevisor list (here) but now the updated version...this is only for guide. I will put the updated version next week.
As for the proposal form, please download it here
Please fill the form according to the required instructions. Remember abstract is filled LAST (once you have wrote the whole proposal).
As for the project logbook, weekly forms and rest of the details..please download it here
If you dont understand the instruction, please come and see me again...if you still dont understand after seeing me...then go jump from Level 11..things may be clear by then...

PRE-REGISTRATION OF EMT 4752 ACADEMIC SESSION 2011/2012
Dear Students,
Please download the form here.
Your tasks
a) Print out the form. Get a FYP title, discuss with your suprvisor about the project and fill in the particulars. Submit the hardcopy form (with your supervisor endorsement) to me by 15.4.2011 at 1200H
b) Email the softcopy version of the complete form plus a digital photo of yourself to bajukebal@gmail.com.
We will use this softcopy version to verify and approve your proposed project during the FYP meeting.

Work Schedule for FYP I and FYP II
Dear Students,
As you all know that i have place a notice regarding the schedule of FYP I and FYP II at our faculty notice board.
For those who does not know their examiner, please refer to this list
For the work schedule please refer to this documents
IMPORTANT: This is the format for FYP report writing , please follow them accordingly. Download here
THE PRESENTATION FORMATS ARE AS STATED BELOW:
1.1. Presentation Duration
- Student’s Presentation – max: 20 Minutes
- Q&A max: 20 Minutes
1.2. Compulsory Items in FYP Presentation are as stated below:
FYP II
i) Objectives and scope of work must be highlighted again (briefly)
ii) Introduction & Literature Review (Refresher Only-max 5 mins)
iii) Methodology (Briefly but have be concise)
iv) Result & Discussion (Thorough + detail data & in depth analysis)
v) Conclusion (Must answer the objectives)
vi) Recommendation & Future Works (Able to foresee and expand findings potential/outputs)
vii) References

i) Introduction (Able to give a general overview of the topic of interest)
ii) Problem Statements (what are the pertaining issues or conflict or problem arising from the introduction/subject matter)
iii) Objectives (the targets/approaches taken to solve the problem)
iv) Scope of Work (include the limitations of proposed work)
v) Literature Review (What have other people done related to this issue)
vi) Methodology & Work Done/Progress/Preliminary Results so far (detail measure taken to achieve the objectives)
vii) Gantt Chart (detail planning of the approaches/methods used)
viii) References
Please provide a print copy of your powerpoint slides to the examiner before starting your presentation. Also provide an executive summary (FYP II only).

FYP II Briefing Documents
Dear Students,
Welcome back. I hope that you all are up and running to get this done before the semester ends.
FYI, as informed during the briefing, there are some slight changes in the FYP II flow for this semester.
Remember whatever u do, BY WEEK 13, all of you must submit your endorsed final year project report to the respected examiners. Your FYP II presentation will be held in WEEK 15. Put this into your head!!!!
No more slack...by hook or crook you must get things done IMMEDIATELY
As promised, please download these files and print them out. Korang sure tak baca kalau guna komputer nihh..

Thesis Wrinting- Penerangan ttg apa sepatutnya kamu tulis...cuba cari tesis dari universiti lain. jgn asyik belek kerja senior...dieorg tu ikut mazhab yg mungkin songsang skit...wallahualam
Format tesis UPNM- haa tulis ikut formatting dan gaya seperti mana termaktub dalam kitab ni
